Each level takes place on a floor in the hoarder's home. For each room, the player will be given the level's objectives, which include a number of certain items and the time limit given. When the level starts, the player will be required to pick up these items and throw them out the window within the given time limit. The types of items to throw out are randomized, but the quantity needed per level remains the same. A staircase unfolds from the top of each room once a level is complete. The player then has to make it up the staircase to proceed to the next level.
The player initiates a game over when the number of collected items is not thrown out the window in the given amount of time. If the timer reaches 0, the screen will shake and flash red, leaving the hoarder frozen in their position.
Household items clutter each room, and the player is tasked with picking up particular items with the hoarder and throwing them out of the room. For every item thrown out, a point value is given.
